Hongshi Wood Industry Company has 20 years of rich experience and advantages in the processing and production of building templates. In the early days, it established factories in Fujian and Guangdong regions. The building formwork products produced by the company mainly include the following types and specifications:

The building templates we produce allow every customer to purchase with confidence. The products are strictly executed according to the following requirements when leaving the factory, and we will not ship any unqualified products:
1. The edges and corners are neat, the surface is bright, flat, without cracks or peeling, and individual areas for repair are considered qualified without affecting the quality of use.
2. Individual edge marks caused by loading and unloading do not affect the quality of use and are considered qualified;
3. Take 3 ‰ of the entire batch and saw it open in the middle, without any voids or layers. If it reaches 8-9 layers, it is considered qualified;
4. The thickness shall be randomly checked in a random manner, with a allowable thickness of ± 0.3mm for each piece, or a measurement scale for the entire package, with an allowable error of ± 5cm;
5. Each template corner must be a right angle and must not have an oblique angle;
6. The length and width of the template must meet the standard, and all dimensions shall be based on the specified dimensions, without any length phenomenon. Any template with different lengths shall be deemed unqualified and not shipped.
Product packaging and loading requirements: All finished product templates are bundled with high-strength packaging straps, and special edge protectors are used to fix the corners to ensure that they do not slip during transportation and affect the quality of the templates.
